Conversions

If you're in the kitchen even sporadically, you're bound to run into needing to calculate a quick conversion. As a US resident, anytime I'd like to dive into an international recipe I have to do conversions from metric before getting started.

Other commonly needed conversions are when baking, some recipes will simply turn out better (and more consistently) if you use the weight of flour rather than cups.
