I'm a huge fan of international foods! I love looking into the history of savory and sweet dishes to find truly authentic Irish recipes based on traditional foods from Ireland, and on the foods that Irish immigrants brought with them and modified for their life in America.
Irish nachos are an Irish pub specialty here in the States, that are so darn good they've been taken in and adopted as pub food back in Ireland!
Of course, my favorite dishes to make are baked goods. Truly authentic Irish Soda Bread was a poor man's food made with only flour, buttermilk, baking soda, and salt. It's like a biscuit, only bigger!
