Gingerbread & Eggnog Cocktail Recipe
My delicious gingerbread eggnog cocktails are an amazing dessert drink to enjoy during your Christmas celebrations! It's a personal favorite for helping to use up any leftover eggnog too!
Serve topped with whipped cream and a drizzle of your favorite syrup for a rich, flavor-packed after-dinner cocktail!

🥘 Ingredients
With just a few ingredients and some of my homemade eggnog, you can be serving this rich and flavorful cocktail all night!
- ½ tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon Sugar
- Ice (enough to fill your shaker ½ full)
- 1 cup Eggnog (see recipe or use your favorite brand)
- 1 cup Vodka
- 1 cup Kahlua
- 2 tablespoons Molasses
- 1 dash Gingerbread Spice (see recipe or use a pinch of ginger)
- Whipped Cream (optional garnish)

🔪 Instructions
- Prepare glasses. Wet the rims of four cocktail glasses or coupe glasses and dip them into the combined ground cinnamon and granulated sugar (½ tablespoon each). Set aside.
- Shake to combine. Fill a cocktail shaker ½ way full with ice then add the 1 cup eggnog, 1 cup vodka, 1 cup Kahlua, 2 tablespoons molasses, and a dash of gingerbread spice (or ginger). Seal and shake for 10-15 seconds to combine.
- Serve. Strain into your cocktail or coupe glasses, or over ice in rocks glasses. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with molasses or caramel if desired.
💭 Tips & Notes
- 1-inch ice cubes are best for filling your shaker and chilling your drink.
- 1 dash equals ⅛th of a teaspoon.
- Use my gingerbread eggnog and skip the molasses and spice blend to make this cocktail even easier!
