💭 Angela's Pro Tips & Notes
- Yields about 2 tablespoons of chicken seasoning. However, you can use the serving slider to adjust and make more if desired!
- If you have a spice grinder then I suggest grinding the celery seed, thyme, and rosemary for a smoother seasoning.
- If you can not find chicken bouillon granules then you can crush up chicken bouillon cubes.
🥡 Storing
This blend will store in an airtight container in a cool dark place for up to 1 year with no flavor loss. However, the longevity depends on how fresh the spices were, to begin with.

how much do you use for a pot of chicken soup? No instructions for soup ?
Angela Latimer says
My chicken soup recipes all have their own seasoning instructions, but in general (in a chicken soup recipe like this one) a soup recipe using one whole chicken I would start with 1-2 teaspoons of seasoning and add more to taste. I'm really big on letting the flavors come together during the cooking process before adjusting the seasoning very much.
Hope that helps! ~ Angela
