    🥘 Ingredients

With only 2 ingredients, this recipe is pretty simple. You can find the frozen sausage links at your local grocery store!

    • Sausage Links – 1 pound of frozen sausage links.
    • Salt & Pepper – Salt and pepper, adjust to taste or omit entirely.

*Be sure to see the recipe card below for ingredients, amounts, & instructions!*

🔪 How To Make Air Fryer Frozen Sausage Links

The air fryer will do all the work on this one, so sit back and relax! All you will need is your air fryer and some kitchen tongs!

This recipe makes 4 servings of juicy sausage goodness!

    1. Preheat. To begin, preheat your air fryer to 370°F (185°C) and break apart any sausage links that are stuck together.
    2. Cook. Next, place the 1 pound of frozen sausage links in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping them after 6 minutes of cooking.
    3. Finish and serve. Check the sausage links and cook them for a few more minutes if you prefer them to be crispier. Once done, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.

For a complete breakfast, serve your air fryer frozen sausage links with some hashbrown casserole and baked eggs! On the other hand, if you like sweeter breakfasts, try it out with some strawberry buttermilk crepes or cinnamon rolls! Enjoy!

    💭 Angela's Tips & Recipe Notes

    • If your sausage links are really stuck together, just air fry them for 2 minutes then open the basket and break them apart. Return the basket to your air fryer and finish up cooking as usual.
    • If you like your sausage crispy then preheating the air fryer will yield the best results.
    • Turn your sausage links at the halfway point to get them evenly browned.
    • To store: Leftover sausage links can be kept in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
    • To reheat: To reheat leftovers, just pop them back in the air fryer at 350°F (180°C) for 4-5 minutes.

❓ Are Air Fried Sausages Healthier?

Using the air fryer to cook your sausage links is one of the healthiest ways to prepare them! There is no added fat or grease and therefore (slightly) fewer calories.

❓ What Temperature Do I Cook Sausage Links In The Air Fryer?

Cook your sausages at 370°F (185°C) for 12 total minutes, flipping halfway, for frozen links. If the sausage links are not frozen, cook them at the same temperature for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.

❓ Do I Have To Defrost The Sausages Before Air Frying?

No way! In fact, your air fryer can make them perfectly cooked and flavorful with no need to defrost!
