❓ Recipe FAQs
Even though this cake mix will last a long time when stored properly in an airtight container, you can always check to see if it is still okay to make. Spoiled cake mix will have an off odor, an off appearance, or mold present. It is essential to make sure that no moisture can get into your stored cake mix to help prolong the shelf life.

I needed a cake mix for a crockpot recipe and I had to use dutch cocoa instead, but this turned out absolutly perfect. I wasn't sure about the amount of sugar but glad I trusted the recipe.

How long do I bake it and at what temp ?
Angela @ BakeItWithLove.com says
I bake it between 325F (163C/Gas Mark 3) and 350F (175C/Gas Mark 4) and the time depends on your pan size. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes for 6-inch rounds or 30-35 minutes for a 9x13 pan or 9-inch rounds. If you have a different size, let me know and I can add that timing too. Thanks for asking!
