With your air fryer, the stuffed pork chops come out tender and juicy while the Stove Top stuffing is golden-brown on the outside but still fluffy on the inside. It's an incredibly easy meal that's suitable for casual dinners or more formal get-togethers like holidays or birthdays.
🥘 Ingredients
The onion, celery, and cranberries are optional but they add a lovely textural element to the stuffing that I highly recommend. If desired, you can always serve the gravy to the side rather than on top so everyone can add it to their own plate.
- Chicken Broth - ½ cups broth or water.
- Stove Top Stuffing - 6 ounces of boxed stuffing mix (1 box or 1 packet in a twin pack = 6 ounces).
- Milk - ½ cup.
- Butter - 2 tablespoons.
- Pork Chops - 1 ½ pounds of thick-cut boneless pork loins or bone-in pork chops.
- Salt & Pepper - ½ a teaspoon each or more to taste.
- Onion Powder - ¼ teaspoon.
- White Onion (optional) - ½ cup of diced white or yellow onion for the stuffing.
- Celery (optional) - ½ cup, for stuffing.
- Dried Cranberries (optional) - ½ cup, for stuffing.
- Gravy (optional) - For serving.

🔪 How To Make Air Fryer Stuffed Pork Chops
All of the hard work is done by your air fryer, so the steps are pretty easy. Make sure you have a sharp knife, a large bowl, a silicone spatula, and of course, your air fryer.
- Prep. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C). Meanwhile, microwave 1 ½ cups chicken broth for 2+ minutes (until boiling, or bring it to a light boil on the stovetop).
- Make Stuffing. In a large mixing bowl, combine 6 ounces of Stove Top stuffing mix with 2 cups of hot chicken broth, 2 tablespoons of butter, and ½ a cup of milk then stir to combine. If using any optional ingredients (cranberries, celery, onion- not the gravy) mix them in now.
- Butterfly pork chops. Trim any excess fat from your 1 ½ pounds of pork chops as needed then cut them ¾ of the way through the thickest part of the pork chops (butterflying them). *Be careful not to cut all the way through.
- Season. Combine the ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon of pepper, and ¼ teaspoon of onion powder then sprinkle it over both sides of each pork chop.
- Stuff. Fill each pork chop using approximately ½ a cup of stuffing per chop, then transfer them to the air fryer basket.
- Air Fry. Put your stuffed pork chops in the preheated air fryer and cook at 380°F (193°C) for 12-15 minutes or until they have an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Top with gravy, if desired.

💠Tips & Notes
- I used pork chops that were between 5-6 ounces each.
- If desired, you can pan-sear the pork chops in a skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil (before stuffing them) if you prefer a golden-brown exterior.
- If your family prefers the vegetables in stuffing to be extra soft, you could saute the onion and celery before combining it with the stuffing mix.
- You may need to cook in batches if you cannot easily fit the stuffed pork chops into your air fryer basket. There should be enough room for air to circulate around the food as it cooks.
🥡 Storing & Reheating
Refrigerate leftover air fried pork chops in a shallow airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
To reheat, place the air fried stuffing stuffed pork chops in a baking dish or pan with a splash of broth. Cover them with foil and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145ºF (63°C).
Alternatively, return the pork chops to your preheated air fryer and heat at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes, or until heated through.

First time try and like this a lot. I need to appt a little more spice and cook it for 13 min instead of 15. Love it.
