🔪 How To Make Air Fryer Corn On The Cob
Just like other air fryer recipes, this corn-on-the-cob is practically effortless to make! Take out your air fryer (basket style), silicone kitchen tongs, and measuring spoons to begin.
This incredibly easy recipe will make 4 servings. You may need to cut your ears of corn in half if they aren't fitting in the basket or work in batches.
- Prepare. Put 4 ears of corn into the air fryer basket, whole or cut in half, with or without the optional light coating of 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (14 milliliters).
- Cook. Close the air fryer and cook at 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes, then turn and continue cooking for 5 more minutes. Check the corn for doneness. It should be bright yellow, and the kernels should be plump and tender to the touch. Add a minute or two as needed to reach your desired level of tenderness.
- Take corn out. Remove corn from your air fryer with tongs, and put them onto a serving plate. If not serving your corn immediately, cover the cooked ears of corn with aluminum foil.
- Serve. Serve with 2 tablespoons of butter (30 milliliters) and sprinkle with salt & pepper, to taste.

💭 Angela's Tips & Recipe Notes
- You can use frozen corn in this air fryer recipe if desired. Either thaw it beforehand for at least 30 minutes or you can add a few more minutes to the cooking time. Fresh corn will give you the best results.
- Depending on the size of the corn you buy, you may need to cut them in half so that each one has enough room for air to circulate in the air fryer.
- Although olive oil is optional, I highly recommend drizzling it on the corn with a spoon, as it will allow the corn to crisp up and caramelize beautifully!
- Make sure to not overcrowd your air fryer basket or stack the corn. This ensures that your ears of corn cook evenly through at the same time.
🥡 Storing & Reheating
Once your corn has completely cooled off, wrap it tightly with plastic wrap or a layer of aluminum foil. Store in your refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.
Freezing Leftover Air Fryer Corn On The Cob
To freeze any leftover cooked corn on the cob, wrap as noted above. Allow the corn to cool fully and wrap in plastic cling film.
Transfer into an airtight freezer storage container or plastic freezer storage bag. Squeeze as much air as possible out if using a freezer bag then store for up to 6 months.
Reheating Corn On The Cob
Reheat any leftover corn in your air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 3-4 minutes or until heated through to your liking.
