Instructions
Measure out all ingredients (paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, black pepper, white pepper, and cayenne pepper).
In a bowl or your preferred storage container, mix the ingredients until well distributed.
Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
Notes
This Creole seasoning has just enough spice, but it is still family-friendly as even kids love it.
If you prefer it spicier, increase the cayenne pepper a little at a time and taste before adding more so you don't overdo it.
The fresher the herbs, the better your seasoning.
Storing: Your homemade Creole seasoning should be kept in an airtight container or jar and used within a year. It will start to lose potency over time, particularly the dry herbs.
