Instructions
In a small bowl, add the 1 cup sour cream, ¼ cup horseradish, and 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
Mix all of the ingredients until well combined. Taste, and add ⅛ teaspoon each, salt & pepper to taste. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Garnish with optional 1 tablespoon chives when serving or mix them in before refrigerating the sauce.
Notes
Make this sauce a day ahead of holiday meals for the best flavor. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
To store: This sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
