    🥘 Ingredients

A lot goes in to making a meat and cheese charcuterie board, but a s'mores board gives you plenty of space to get creative! As long as you have the 3 key ingredients (graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows) you can't go wrong!

    • Honey Graham Crackers - 4.8 ounces or one sleeve of a 14.4-ounce box.
    • Cinnamon Graham Crackers - 4.8 ounces or one sleeve of a 14.4-ounce box.
    • Chocolate Graham Crackers - 4.8 ounces or one sleeve of a 14.4-ounce box.
    • Stroopwafel Cookies - 10.2 ounces or 1 package.
    • Girl Scouts Samoa Cookies - 8.5 ounces (Keebler has a copycat cookie called 'coconut dreams').
    • Hershey's Chocolate Bars - 18.6 ounces or 12 1.55-ounce bars.
    • Fresh Strawberries - 1 cup, sliced. 1 cup = 8 ounces, or ½ pound.
    • Roasted Berries - 1 cup, or more as needed.
    • S'mores Marshmallows - (also called jumbo marshmallows or giant roasters).
    • Chocolate Sauce - 16 ounces.
    • Salted Caramel Sauce - 16 ounces.
    • White Chocolate Sauce - 16 ounces.

*Be sure to see the recipe card below for ingredients, amounts & instructions!*

    🔪 How To Make A S'mores Board

Just like any charcuterie board, it's all about presentation. Reference the photos on this page for an example of how to lay out your ingredients.

    1. Prep. Gather all necessary ingredients. (Honey graham crackers, cinnamon graham crackers, chocolate graham crackers, stroopwafel cookies, Samoa cookies, chocolate bars, sliced strawberries, roasted berries, marshmallows, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and white chocolate sauce.)
    2. Build your board. Arrange everything on a serving tray or platter in a way that is organized and presentable, using bowls, dishes, or serving utensils where necessary.
    3. Serve. Place somewhere that is easily accessible and let everyone roast their own marshmallows and build their own s'mores!

When served this way, people can still build themselves a classic campfire s'more, or they can try something more adventurous! For a few examples of unique s'mores combinations, check out our gourmet s'mores recipes! Enjoy!
