🥘 Honey Mustard Sauce Ingredients
All of these ingredients are common household staples that you most likely already have in your pantry! If you don't have any Dijon mustard, I would recommend picking some up because it really is key to the flavor of the sauce!
- Mayonnaise - ½ cup of mayonnaise.
- Honey - 3 tablespoons of honey. I don't recommend using raw honey, but feel free to use whatever flavor or variety you may have on hand!
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
- Yellow Mustard - 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard.
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (or try an apple cider vinegar substitute).
- Garlic Powder - ⅛ teaspoon of garlic powder.
- Paprika - ⅛ teaspoon of paprika.
- Salt & Pepper - ⅛ teaspoon of both salt and pepper.

❓ Recipe FAQs
Sure! You can use this sauce as a marinade for any of your favorite proteins. Or, you can go ahead and check out my honey mustard chicken marinade!
I recommend either keeping the combination of yellow mustard and Dijon mustard or using only Dijon mustard. However, you can use any mustard you like, but it may alter the flavor.
I do not recommend freezing this sauce because of the mayonnaise. It will not thaw very well, and the ingredients will separate.
