💭 Angela's Pro Tips & Notes
- This recipe makes a little more than ¾ cup of sauce, which is enough for 4-5 burgers (depending on how much you add).
- I always recommend using a high-quality brand of mayonnaise like Duke's or Hellman's! If you don't have my faves on hand, try to make sure that you use a whole egg may brand.
- My favorite way to use this sauce is to spread it on the bottom bun as well as the patty!
🥡 Storing
Keep your burger sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator. It is good for the same shelf life as the mayonnaise that you used.

❓ Recipe FAQs
The answer to that is simple- yes. Yes, it goes on the top and, yes, it goes on the bottom. You can put it on one or the other, or you can put it on both! You are the master of your own burger combination!
You should base this on the expiration date of the mayonnaise that you used in your sauce. Make sure to keep it stored in a sealed container in the fridge!
Since this sauce has a mayonnaise base, it definitely must be refrigerated! You don't want to keep it at room temperature or it will spoil.
