An easy, tasty pineapple and vodka cocktail that everyone will love!

This easy 2-ingredient martini is packed with great pineapple flavor!

My pineapple martini is a flavorful vodka cocktail that really can pack in a ton of pineapple flavor! It's deliciously fruity and can be customized to your preferred level of sweetness!

Mix up just the 2 base ingredients (vodka and pineapple juice) or get your bartender skills going and add some splashes of liqueur, bitters, or lemon juice!

    🍹 Ingredients

    • Ice
    • 2 ounces Vodka (or pineapple vodka)
    • 2 ounces Pineapple Juice
    • Lime Wedge (optional garnish)

    Ingredient Notes

    • Reduce the pineapple juice to 1 ½ ounces, then add a ½ ounce of lemon juice and a ¼ ounce of simple syrup for a slightly sweeter drink accented with citrus.
    • Freshly squeezed pineapple or muddled pineapple makes a world of difference in your resulting martini!
    • A splash of tiki bitters or pineapple liqueur are also tasty additions!

*Be sure to see the recipe card below for ingredients, amounts & instructions!*

    🍸 Instructions

    1. Fill. Add 1-inch ice cubes to your cocktail shaker, filling the shaker about ⅔rds full.
    2. Add. Pour in 2 ounces of vodka, then add 2 ounces of pineapple juice.
    3. Shake. Shake for 30 seconds to chill your martini.
    4. Serve. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge if desired. Enjoy!

    🥂 Pitcher & Party Size

I have had success in making this into a pitcher drink. Make sure to either refrigerate immediately to prevent the ice from melting and diluting your cocktails - or mix, refrigerate, and serve over ice.

    • A pitcher will typically hold 6 martinis.
    • You will need a large glass pitcher.
    • Add ingredients with ice and stir, then add a few lime wedges.
    • Refrigerate until needed.
