This pumpkin fluff dip takes only 5 minutes to make and tastes just like a creamy and fluffy bowl of pumpkin pie! It is a perfect dip for graham crackers, ginger snaps, animal crackers, or anything else you like! Serve this dip at a party and everyone will be begging to know the recipe!

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add in your pumpkin, instant pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, and the optional vanilla extract, if using.
Use a silicone spatula to mix until well-combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl to ensure all of the ingredients are incorporated.
Next, gently fold in the Cool Whip.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy or serve immediately.
Notes
Libby's brand pumpkin is my favorite to use for recipes because it has low moisture content so that your dip won't be runny!
For some extra flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract!
Make sure to let your whipped topping completely thaw out before using it!

To store: Keep your pumpkin fluff dip covered and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days (if it lasts that long)!
