Instructions
Lightly coat your air fryer basket with coconut oil then arrange 10-12 frozen french toast sticks in a single layer with spacing between them.
Return your air fryer basket into place and cook at 400°F (205°C) for 3 minutes. Flip the frozen french toast sticks and continue cooking an additional 3 minutes, or until crisped to your liking.
Remove the air fried french toast sticks and serve immediately. Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired and serve with maple syrup for dipping.

5 frozen french toast sticks per serving.
Use a spritz bottle of oil spray or paper towel to coat your air fryer basket with coconut oil (or your preferred cooking oil). Aerosolized non-stick cooking spray will damage the non-stick coating of your air fryer basket.
Use tongs to flip and remove your french toast sticks to prevent burning yourself on the hot basket.
If cooking additional batches of frozen french toast sticks, they will cook a minute or two faster in the heated air fryer.
To store: It is best to only make as many french toast sticks as you want at one time. However, if you have leftovers, you can store them in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat using the air fryer.
