Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease or spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Wash and trim your country style pork loin chops as needed, then pat the pork dry using paper towels. Apply the pork seasoning to all sides of the pork chops generously.
Place the seasoned country style pork loin chops into your prepared baking dish in a single layer. Bake in the middle of your oven's center rack for 35-40 minutes, or until the pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
