All you need for this recipe is an oven-safe baking dish. These chops are simply seasoned then popped into the oven.

Process image 3 showing seasoned pork loin chops.
  1. Prepare. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. (You could alternatively use a paper towel dipped in olive oil and grease the dish if you would prefer.)
  2. Season. Lightly rinse and trim your 2 pounds of country style pork loin chops as needed. Trim any unwanted fat or gristle. Using paper towels, lightly pat the chops dry. Generously sprinkle 2 tablespoons of pork seasoning all over the sides of the pork chops.
  3. Bake. Place the seasoned pork loin chops on your baking dish in a single layer without overlap. Next, bake on the middle rack for 35-40 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
  4. Serve. Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite side dishes!

This is a quick and easy recipe that's perfect for someone who doesn't have a lot of time. Serve this versatile main dish with creamy microwave mac and cheese, garlic Parmesan angel hair pasta, brussel sprouts, or your favorite veggies. Enjoy!

💭 Angela's Pro Tips & Recipe Notes

  • Apply approximately 1 tablespoon of pork seasoning per pound of pork, to taste.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Freeze the leftover cooked pork for up to 6 months, but it's best used if reheated within the first 1-3 months.
  • Reheat your country style pork loin chops in the oven. Bring the oven temperature to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with foil. Arrange the chops in a single layer and bake for about 5-8 minutes until warmed throughout.
  • If you want your pork loin chops saucy, feel free to generously baste them with your fave BBQ sauce. Once they are fully cooked slather your sauce on and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
