I have many breakfast recipes, from overnight oats with yogurt to pancakes and breakfast casseroles. However, there is something fun and exciting about getting to eat a popsicle for breakfast and not feel guilty about it.
This recipe combines every important aspect of a satisfying breakfast in a delicious and simple-to-make treat. These are a family favorite in my household once summertime rolls around, so I'm sure your family will love them, too!
🥘 Ingredients
- Greek Yogurt - Creamy Greek yogurt will act as the base of our popsicles. You can use whatever flavor you like or keep it plain.
- Honey - Honey adds just the right amount of sweetness. You may want to add more for extra sweetness if you're using plain Greek yogurt.
- Granola - Some crunchy granola contributes to some nice texture variations.
- Fruit - For this recipe, I used both strawberries and blackberries. Of course, you can use whatever fruit you like, and it will still taste amazing!

🔪 Greek Yogurt Berry Granola Popsicles Instructions
This recipe requires no cooking and no complicated techniques.
You will need a mixing bowl, popsicle sticks, and a popsicle mold.
You should have six popsicles depending on the size of your popsicle molds. Of course, you'll make more with a smaller mold and less with larger molds.
Create The Yogurt Mixture
Step 1: Combine. Mix 1 cup (240 grams) of Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of honey in a small mixing bowl until well combined.
Layer The Popsicles
Step 2: Fill the molds. Fill each Popsicle mold so that it is ¼ of the way full of the Greek yogurt mixture. Spoon crushed or sliced blackberries by teaspoonfuls into the Popsicle molds.
Step 3: Continue layering. Spoon another portion of the Greek yogurt mixture between the berry layers. I usually tap my whole tray of Popsicle molds on the counter at this point to get my fillings to settle down entirely in the molds.
Step 4: Add granola. Next, add a layer of some of your ½ cup (54 grams) of granola, then add the crushed or sliced strawberries.
Step 5: Finish layering. Top with another few spoonfuls of the Greek yogurt mixture until the Popsicle molds are filled.
Assemble & Freeze
Step 6: Add the sticks. Insert Popsicle sticks or the handle portion of your Popsicle molds.
Step 7: Freeze. Freeze for about 4 hours before serving. Run under lukewarm water to release the popsicles from the molds.

💠Angela's Pro Tips & Notes
- Used bite-size fruit. You'll want to crush or slice your berries before adding them to the popsicles. This keeps them from becoming too hard to bite into once frozen.
- Swap out the fruit. You could always layer in your favorite jam instead of fresh fruit.
- Release the popsicles from the mold. When ready to serve, run your popsicle mold under lukewarm water. This will help the popsicles release from the mold without breaking or melting them.
- Storage. Store any leftover popsicles in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
