Instructions
Combine the 1 cup Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoon honey in a small mixing bowl. Fill each popsicle mold so that it is ¼ full of the Greek yogurt mixture. Spoon crushed or sliced berries (I started with the blackberries) by teaspoonfuls into the popsicle molds.
Spoon another portion of the Greek yogurt mixture between the berry layers. I usually tap my whole tray of popsicle molds on the counter at this point to get my fillings to settle down completely in the molds.
Next add a layer of the granola, then add the crushed or sliced berries (I used strawberries as our second berry). Top with another few spoonfuls of the Greek yogurt mixture, until the popsicle molds are filled.
Insert popsicle sticks or the handle portion of your popsicle molds. Freeze for about 4 hours before serving. Run under luke warm water to release the popsicles from the molds.
