Instructions
In your crock pot add the pork chops, cream of chicken, onion soup mix, salt, pepper, and (optional) garlic, water, and/or sliced mushrooms.
Give everything a good stir until well coated, and cover.
Cook for 3 hours on the high setting.
After 3 hours remove the pork chops, whisk the gravy.
Ladle the gravy over pork chops and enjoy.

Optional ingredients; water, milk, or broth as a liquid, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms.
Check the pork chop temperature using an instant-read digital meat thermometer before serving, pork chops should be at least 145°F (63°C).
