🔪 How To Make Valentine's Day Pretzels
In just a few minutes, you can enjoy these simple pretzels. Before getting started, grab a couple of mixing bowls, a baking sheet, and some parchment paper.
This recipe will yield 24 chocolate-covered pretzels, but you can easily double the recipe if you need to make more.
Step 1: Melt the wafers. Place 6 ounces each (170 grams) of white vanilla, chocolate, and pink melting wafers into separate bowls and microwave them in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each heating increment until melted.
Step 2: Dip the pretzels. Dip each of your 24 pretzel rods into one of the bowls of melted chocolate, gently wiping off any excess on the side of the bowl.
Step 3: Add sprinkles. Coat each pretzel with Valentine's sprinkles and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4: Let the chocolate set. Let the pretzels sit until the chocolate hardens before moving them.

💠Tips & Notes
- Don't burn the chocolate. Ensure you stir your chocolate well between each heating session to prevent it from burning. If your microwave is extra powerful, use 15-20 second increments instead.
- Keep the chocolate melted. If the chocolate in the bowls begins to harden before you are done dipping the pretzels, remelt it using the microwave.
- Reduce the mess. Add sprinkles while holding the pretzels over your baking sheet to help contain the mess.
- Decorate them. You can drizzle the white chocolate over chocolate pretzels, or vice versa, for more fun decorations.
- Store them for later. Keep your pretzels stored at room temperature in a sealed, airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
