Instructions
First, line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
Make The Clusters
In a microwave-safe bowl, add your 2 cups milk chocolate chips and microwave them for 30 seconds. Remove them from the microwave and stir. Continue heating the chocolate chips in 15-second increments, making sure to stir after each session until melted and smooth.
Once your chocolate is melted, pour 2 cups raisins into the bowl and stir until they are well-coated.
Portion, Set & Serve
Place the mixture in teaspoon-sized mounds onto the prepared baking sheets.
Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to be fully set.
Notes
Notes:
Microwave your chocolate in short bursts to prevent it from burning.
Of course, you can always swap out the raisins for craisins or sultanas, if desired!
You can adjust this recipe by adding other tasty mix-ins, like nuts, marshmallows, or granola!
Storage:
Keep your chocolate clusters stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
