Instructions
Add your frozen okra to the basket of your air fryer, making sure to keep the okra in a single layer to avoid overcrowding the basket. If needed, you can make your frozen okra in batches.
Spritz the okra with olive oil (*see note).
Cook in the air fryer at 400°F (205°C) for 7 minutes. Take the basket out of the air fryer and give it a good shake, then continue to cook for another 7 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly and then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Don't spray your air fryer basket with an aerosol non-stick spray as it will cause the non-stick coating to deteriorate over time.
Depending on your specific air fryer, you may need to add an additional 2-3 minutes of cook time.
To store: Place leftovers into an airtight container and store them in the fridge.
To reheat: Reheat your leftover okra in the air fryer at 400°F (205°C) for about 6 minutes.
