Instructions
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk or stir frequently until the butter starts turning golden-brown and has a slightly 'nutty' aroma (about 3 minutes).
Add the garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Then remove the saucepan from the stovetop and mix in the lemon juice and parsley. Set aside until ready to use.
Notes
The lemon butter sauce will be pourable for 20-30 minutes after removing from heat.
A serving is 1 tablespoon of lemon butter sauce.
Storing: Refrigerate unused sauce in an airtight container for up to 1 week or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave in 10-second increments.
