🔪 How To Make Greek Yogurt Fruit Salad
Greek yogurt fruit salad is incredibly easy and quick to prepare, especially since there is no cooking involved. In fact, all you need is a chef's knife, a cutting board, a mixing bowl, measuring cups, and a silicone spatula set to get started.
This recipe will make approximately 4 servings. If you are feeding a larger group, you can always scale up on the ingredients.

💭 Angela's Tips & Recipe Notes
- For the Greek yogurt - mixed berry flavor is my recommendation, strawberry is a close second, and banana, vanilla, or plain can also be used. I use Oikos triple zero brand yogurt.
- 4+ cups of fresh seasonal fruit - I used 2 medium bananas (sliced), 8 ounces strawberries (sliced), 8 ounces blueberries, 4 ounces raspberries, and 2 cuties mandarin oranges (peeled, and each section cut in half).
- The honey syrup makes blending the honey with a cold yogurt easier and prevents the honey from clumping.
- If you'd prefer your fruit salad to be dairy-free, feel free to use your favorite dairy-free yogurt alternative. A coconut milk or almond milk yogurt would be delicious.
- You can include other ingredients like vanilla extract or a sprinkle of cinnamon for extra flavor. Also, chopped nuts or granola can add a nice crunchy texture, if preferred.
🥡 Storing
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Note that depending on the fruits that you use, some of them may release juice over time and become soggy.

❓ Recipe FAQs
Practically any assortment of fruit will work in this recipe. I like to use sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges, and raspberries in my fruit salad. You could also use apples, grapes, peaches, mangoes, or pineapples!
Absolutely! All you have to do is thaw your fruit first and drain any excess water. This will help prevent your salad from being watered down. Then you can toss the fruit with Greek yogurt, honey syrup, and lime juice.
Yes! You can prepare your Greek yogurt fruit salad a day or two ahead of time if needed. Keep in mind that over time the fruit will start to release moisture. So it might be best to mix in the Greek yogurt, lime juice, and honey syrup with your assorted fruit right before you are ready to serve.

Hi i want to make this i have everything including buttermilk but i dont have yogurt wil it work?
Angela @ BakeItWithLove.com says
I have no idea if that will work as buttermilk has a strong flavor and a different consistency than yogurt. The recipe is designed to be Greek yogurt, any yogurt will work as well.
