Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and dill pickle juice until smooth.
Add in the chopped pickles, garlic powder, and dried dill weed with a silicone spatula. Stir until well combined.
Chill the dip for at least 1-2 hours in the refrigerator before serving. Serve with sliced vegetables, chips, or crackers.
Notes
You may replace the chopped dill pickles with any of your favorite pickles.
If you'd like to add some heat, replace the chopped dill pickles with your favorite spicy pickles. You could add jalapenos, a dash of paprika, or chili powder for added heat as well.
If your pickle dip becomes too thick, slowly drizzle in more dill pickle juice (up to 1 tablespoon) until you reach the consistency that you prefer. Keep in mind that it will thicken as it chills.
Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, sliced veggies, pita, or mini pretzel sticks. This dip would be a fantastic spread on sliders or sandwiches too!
To store: Place your dip in an airtight storage container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
To freeze: This dill pickle dip will keep in the freezer for 2 months when placed in a shallow, airtight freezer storage container.
