Creamy Guacamole that is sure to please even your picky eaters (leave out the pico de gallo for the pickiest of eaters!) and it's super quick and easy to make!!
¼cuppico de gallo(see recipe, or use your favorite brand)
squueze of lime juice

Instructions
Peel and mash the avocados using the back of a fork (you can blitz until smooth in the food processor, for an extra creamy guacamole).
Add the sour cream, taco seasoning mix, pico de gallo and squeeze of lime.
Mix until well combined.
Transfer to an airtight container to refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
