Instructions
To get started, preheat your grill to medium heat (450°F / 230°C).
Cut your acorn squash in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds. Then, slice the acorn squash into ½-inch thick slices.
Place your acorn squash slices into a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.
Next, sprinkle in the ground cinnamon, paprika, salt, and pepper, and toss until all of the squash pieces are well coated.
Use tongs to transfer the slices to the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Remove from the heat and enjoy immediately. If desired, mix together the honey and butter and brush it onto the acorn squash right before serving.
