Instructions
Combine all ingredients (1 cup mayonnaise, juice from a large lemon + the zest from half, 3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoon coarse ground Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and ⅛ teaspoon each, salt & pepper) in a food processor and combine until creamy.
Serve over your Romain or favorite lettuce greens, and enjoy!
Notes
Additional anchovy substitutes include capers and flavorful brined olives such as kalamata or Castelvetrano.
If desired, you can let your Caesar dressing chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together before serving.
