Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, add in your sour cream, buttermilk ranch dressing mix, mayonnaise, and habanero sauce. Stir to combine.
Adjust the consistency to your liking by adding a splash of milk to thin it out.
Once done, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and store it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Once ready, stir the sauce again and serve.
Notes
Choose your favorite high-quality mayonnaise brands such as Hellman's (aka Best Foods on the West Coast) or Duke's for the best results. Don't use Miracle Whip!
Adjust the spiciness level by adding less (or more) habanero sauce.
To store: Keep your ranchero sauce in an airtight storage container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
