These totchos are the ultimate gameday snack that combines crispy tater tots with all of your favorite nacho toppings! Taco seasoned tater tots are topped with creamy nacho cheese sauce, ground beef, sweet corn, black beans, and shredded cheese! These tater tot nachos are endlessly fun and are an easy crowd-pleaser!

Instructions
Toss the tater tots with taco seasoning then prepare them as directed on the package. Meanwhile, heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
Add the ground beef taco meat to the pan and cook until no pink remains. Use a spatula to break it up as you go.
Once the tater tots are done, remove them from the oven and add the ground taco beef, nacho cheese sauce, black beans, half of the shredded cheese, nacho cheese sauce, and sweet corn. Return tots to the oven to bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
Remove the totchos and add the tomatoes, remaining shredded cheese, and any additional desired toppings. Serve immediately.
Notes
To make these totchos vegan simply omit the shredded cheese and ground beef and use vegan nacho cheese instead of the nacho cheese sauce!
While typical nachos are an easy-going finger food, these totchos definitely require using a fork!
I recommend using my ground beef taco meat for the most flavorful experience! However, any ground beef would work as well.
To store: Totchos are best eaten fresh, but if you happen to have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
To reheat: Bake your totchos in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated thoroughly.
