Instructions
Place the patties in the basket of your air fryer in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F (205°C) for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for 3-4 minutes more (*see note).
Remove from the air fryer, taste, and serve.
Notes
All air fryer models are different, so cooking time may vary slightly.
Do not thaw your frozen sausage patties before cooking them in the air fryer. This recipe is intended for them to be frozen.
If you prefer your sausage more brown, add 1-2 minutes to the cook time.
Do not use non-stick cooking spray in the basket of your air fryer. The aerosol in the spray will degrade the non-stick coating, as will leaving it soaking in water overnight.
To store: In an airtight container, leftover patties can be refrigerated for 3-4 days.
To reheat: Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes per side.
