A quick and easy eggy delight! Make standard french toast or slice your bread into 3-4 pieces to make french toast sticks.

1/2 c(120 ml)heavy cream(milk works as well)
1 tsp(5 ml)vanilla extract
1 tsp(6 g)cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp(7 g)butter
Combine eggs, heavy cream or milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon & nutmeg in a dish deep enough to soak your bread pieces in. Whisk all ingredients until combined well.
Heat a large frying pan to medium high heat. Melt butter before adding french toast. Soak bread for 30 seconds per side in the egg mixture. Transfer to heated frying pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side (depending on how hot your frying pan cooks) until golden brown and all egg is cooked. Serve immediately.
