Use ⅔ the amount of nutritional yeast called for when substituting with brewer's yeast, so 2 teaspoons of brewer's yeast for each 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast in a recipe.
Option 2 (More Common in Australia) - Vegemite
Use ⅔ the amount of nutritional yeast called for when substituting with vegemite, so 2 teaspoons of vegemite for each 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast in a recipe.
Option 3 (More Common in the UK) - Marmite
Since marmite is a syrup consistency, this option is best used in soups, sauces, and gravies. Use 2 teaspoons for each 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast that you are replacing in your recipe.
