Instructions
Place the chopped cabbage into your Instant Pot, then add the chicken broth, butter, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Seal the lid securely and close the venting knob then set to cook on high pressure using the manual function for 4 minutes. Once the cooking cycle has completed, carefully vent your Instant Pot fully using the quick release.
Remove the Instant Pot lid carefully. Stir, taste, and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately.
Notes
To make this dish vegetarian, substitute vegetable broth for the chicken broth.
For extra chicken flavor, add a bouillon cube to the broth. This will also make the broth saltier, so adjust your salt as needed.
It is also delicious with a squeeze of lemon, or your favorite hot sauce.
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight storage container for up to 3-4 days.
