Instructions
Wet the rims of four cocktail glasses or coupe glasses and dip them into the combined ground cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker ½ way full with ice then add the eggnog, vodka, Kahlua, molasses, and gingerbread spice (or ginger). Seal and shake for 10-15 seconds to combine.
Strain into your cocktail or coupe glasses, or over ice in rocks glasses. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with molasses or caramel if desired.
Notes
1-inch ice cubes are best for filling your shaker.
