This hearty lobster mac and cheese burger is as insanely tasty as it is impressive looking on a chewy, homemade brioche bun! Rich lobster mac is mixed and formed the night before, then pan seared to patty perfection and topped with more melty cheese!

Instructions
In a large bowl combine the leftover lobster mac and cheese with the egg, mix thoroughly.
Using a burger form place leftover lobster mac and cheese mixture in form. Refrigerate minimum 1 hour. (You can also hand shape the burger forms.)
When lobster mac and cheese burger patty is chilled to the point where the form holds. Remove from refrigerator.
In a small bowl combine the butter and garlic salt.
Spread the garlic butter on the inside of the buns.
In a large frying pan place buns butter side down over med-high heat. Fry till golden, set aside.
In the same frying pan heat olive oil, then place formed lobster mac and cheese down and fry 2 to 3 minutes. Then flip, add cheese and continue cooking until cheese has melted.
