In a medium to large mixing bowl (large enough for your brussel sprouts) coat the cooled brussel sprouts with the honey butter mixture.
Next, wrap each of your brussel sprouts with a half strip of the bacon, then arrange on skewers by inserting the skewer through the point where you overlap the bacon ends. Top with salt and pepper.
⅛ teaspoon each, salt & pepper, 8 slices bacon
Grill on your barbecue for about 5-10 minutes, depending on the heat. Rotate the brussel sprouts during grilling to cook evenly and prevent burning on any one side.
Remove from the grill when nicely browned and fork tender. Serve immediately, topped with your favorite bbq sauce (optional).

Notes
You can make these ahead of time. Simply prep the brussel sprouts, wrap in bacon, and put them in the fridge! They'll be ready to go straight onto the grill!
When picking out fresh brussel sprouts, look for ones that are bright green and avoid ones that have any yellowing leaves. For this recipe, I recommend smaller brussel sprouts so you wont need to cut them in half.
Storing: These BBQ bacon wrapped brussel sprouts are best served immediately. However, if you happen to have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
Reheating: You can reheat these in the oven or air fryer at 350°F (175°C) until warmed to your satisfaction - about 7-8 minutes in the air fryer and 10-15 minutes in the oven.
