Instructions
Bake frozen fish sticks on a parchment paper lined baking sheet at 450°F (232°C) for 15-18 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Toast your bread or buns, if desired, while the fish sticks are baking.
In a small bowl combine the tartar sauce ingredients and mix until well combined. Taste and adjust your salt and pepper as needed. *I always add a splash more dill pickle juice to mine!
Spread mayonnaise or tartar sauce on your bread or bun. Layer on the cooked fish sticks topped with leaf lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
