English muffin pizzas are a fun and easy snack or meal that can be made with just a few simple ingredients! Load them up with some sauce, cheese, and pepperoni (or any of your favorite toppings), and then bake them in the oven! They will definitely satisfy your pizza craving in a snap!

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the split 4 English muffins onto the baking sheet with the cut side facing up and drizzle them with ½ tablespoon olive oil.
Toast the muffins in the oven until they are only beginning to turn golden, about 3-4 minutes. Then, remove them from the oven.
Spoon ¾ cup pizza sauce onto each toasted muffin and then top them with 1 cup mozzarella cheese and 16 slices pepperoni(or any of your preferred toppings).
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake them for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
Notes
Of course, you can use any of your favorite toppings and you don't have to be limited to only pepperoni! Try out some sausage, bacon, mini pepperoni, spinach, or mushrooms.
Use your favorite variety of pizza sauce! It can be classic tomato-based sauce, pesto, or alfredo!
Toasting your English muffins before adding the topping is the key to preventing them from becoming soggy. You can toast them in the oven, in a toaster oven, or in the toaster.
To store: Keep your English muffin pizzas stored in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Make sure to keep them in a single layer so that the cheese and toppings don't stick to each other.
To freeze: Toast and assemble your English muffin pizzas, but place them onto a baking sheet in the freezer instead of cooking them. After 2 hours, you can transfer them to a freezer-safe container, separating them using parchment paper.
To reheat: You can reheat your pizzas in the microwave, oven, or toaster oven. To bake from frozen, just bake on a baking sheet as directed for 13-15 minutes.
