Instructions
In a larger serving bowl (or mixing bowl), add your diced mango, bell pepper (or tomato), diced red or white onion, chopped cilantro, and minced jalapeno. Then, drizzle the lime juice over top.
Use a large spoon to gently stir until all of the ingredients are well combined. Season with salt and stir again.
Allow the salsa to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can use up to 4 cups of diced mango for this recipe. One large mango will yield approximately 1¼ cups.
¼ cup of lime juice is the equivalent of the juice from two large limes (2 tablespoons of juice per lime).
You'll want all of your ingredients to be finely diced for this recipe! The pieces will need to be small enough so that you can easily scoop the salsa up with a chip!
This recipe will yield 4+ cups of fresh mango salsa.
To store: This fresh mango salsa is best when fresh, however, if you have any leftovers you can keep them stored in an airtight container in the fridge for several days.
