Ingredients ground beef (85% lean ground beef) yellow onion (minced) eggs  minced garlic BBQ sauce  Panko breadcrumbs cayenne pepper chili powder salt & pepper

In a large bowl add ingredients.

Mix ingredients.

Form into a loaf.

Place on a wire rack and set the rack on a large cast iron.

Smoke @ 275°F for 2 hours.

Apply BBQ sauce, and smoke another hour.

Remove the meatloaf from the smoker and allow to rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Then serve!
