Combine. In a medium to large mixing bowl combine vanilla yogurt, your preferred milk, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and the honey is fully dissolved.
Add. Whisk in cinnamon and salt until evenly distributed.
Add. Then add rolled oats.
Stir to combine.
Portion and chill.
