Easy Bisquick Pancakes Recipe

Classic Pancakes – ▢ 2 cups Bisquick – ▢ 1 cup milk – ▢ 2 large eggs Ultimate Pancake (additions) – ▢ 3 tablespoon sugar – ▢ 2 teaspoon baking powder – ▢ 2 tablespoon vegetable oil (or melted butter) – ▢ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or vanilla paste)

Ingredients

Add dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Whisk to mix the dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients.

Whisk together, some lumps in the batter are OK.

Cook until the surface bubbles have popped.

Flip and cook for an additional 30  seconds to a minute.
