Chicken Stir-Fry – ▢ 1 ½ tablespoon vegetable oil – ▢ 2 tablespoon garlic  – ▢ 2 teaspoon ginger – ▢ ½ cup carrot – ▢ ½ cup celery – ▢ 2 cups broccoli florets – ▢ 1 ½ `cups mushrooms  – ▢ 1 lb chicken breast Garlic Sauce – ▢ ⅓ cup chicken broth – ▢ 2 tablespoon soy sauce – ▢ 1 tablespoon dry sherry – ▢ ½ tablespoon rice vinegar – ▢ 2 teaspoon sesame oil – ▢ 1 teaspoon chili paste – ▢ 1 tablespoon cornstarch – ▢ 2 tablespoon water

Combine sauce, add chicken.

Garlic & ginger.

Add veggies.

More veggies.

Add chicken.

Stir fry and add sauce.

Serve over rice and enjoy!
