Prep. Start with preheating your oven to 400°F (205°C). Grab a rimmed baking sheet and place a metal roasting rack on top.

Season. Using paper towels, pat 2 pounds of chicken wings dry. Place them in a large bowl with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and toss to coat. Then, season them with 1 tablespoon of BBQ chicken seasoning (or your preferred seasoning) and toss to coat once more.

Add sauce and serve. Once your wings are cooked and crispy,  place them in a large bowl with 3 tablespoons of wing sauce and toss to coat. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley if desired, and serve.
