This quick and easy Greek pasta salad is the perfect last-minute side dish! It only takes 15 minutes to throw together and it's packed with healthy and flavorful ingredients!

🥘 Ingredients
Cook your pasta just until al dente. Since it is a cool dish, rinsing the pasta under cold water not only helps to keep it from cooking further but to keep it from sticking together as well!
- Farfalle Pasta – 12 ounces cooked per package instructions, drained, and rinsed with cool water
- Artichoke Hearts – 14 ounces of quartered artichoke hearts, not the marinated variety.
- Cherry Tomatoes – 1 ½cups, sliced or quartered.
- Kalamata Olives – ½ a cup, sliced or quartered.
- Feta Cheese – 4 ounces, crumbled.
- Red Onion – ¼ cup, peeled and thinly sliced.
- Greek Salad Dressing – 12 ounces of your favorite brand of Greek salad dressing.
- Salt & Pepper – To taste.

🔪 How To Make Greek Pasta Salad
Cooking the noodles is the hardest part! Just toss your al dente pasta in a mixing bowl with the other ingredients and you're good to go!
- Combine ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.(12 ounces of farfalle pasta, 14 ounces of quartered artichoke hearts, 1 ½ cups of cherry tomatoes, ½ a cup of kalamata olives, ¼ cup of red onion, 12 ounces Greek salad dressing, salt & pepper to taste, and 4 ounces of feta cheese).
- Mix. Use a silicone spatula or large spoon to mix all the ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Serve. Serve immediately. Garnish with extra crumbled feta and fresh ground black pepper if desired.

Ingredients
- 12 oz farfalle bowtie pasta (cooked per package instructions, drained, and rinsed with cool water)
- 14 oz artichoke hearts (quartered, not the marinated variety)
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes (sliced or quartered)
- ½ cup kalamata olives (sliced or quartered)
- 4 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
- ¼ cup red onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 12 oz Greek salad dressing (your favorite brand)
- each, salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all of your Greek pasta salad ingredients.12 oz farfalle bowtie pasta, 14 oz artichoke hearts, 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, ½ cup kalamata olives, ¼ cup red onion, 12 oz Greek salad dressing, each, salt & pepper, 4 oz feta cheese
- Toss or mix until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed and well coated with the dressing.
- Serve immediately. Garnish with extra crumbled feta and freshly ground black pepper if desired.
