💭 Angela's Pro Tips & Notes
- The nutritional values will change depending on your choice of dressing, so all nutritional information is approximate.
- Al dente pasta works best for most pasta salads! The tender noodles can take in some of the dressing, making them more flavorful. Feel free to choose your favorite pasta shape. Fusilli, penne, and bowtie pasta work well!
- Grilled chicken, shrimp, or even chickpeas are excellent protein additions to this salad.
- Greek pasta salad can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Wait until ready to serve to add the dressing.
