    💭 Angela's Tips & Recipe Notes

    • Using store-bought salsa makes this recipe exceptionally easy. However, you can prepare it with homemade salsa as well!
    • If you are using a salsa that has a higher amount of liquid, you can strain it before combining it with the cream cheese to prevent your dip from being runny.
    • If you don't have a food processor, you can also combine the salsa and cream cheese using either a blender or a hand mixer.
    • Adjust the spice of your dip by using hot, medium, or mild salsa.
    • For some fun twists, you can mix in some shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, black olives, or any of your favorite toppings!
    • To serve warm: Prepare your dip as instructed and place it into a 9-inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese, if desired, and bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and hot.

    ❓ FAQ

Can I Make Cream Cheese Salsa Dip In Advance?

This dip is best when served immediately. If you store it in the fridge for later, you may find that the salsa will 'weep' and can cause the dip to become watery. On the plus side, it is so quick to make that you can certainly do it at the last minute!

What Kind Of Salsa Can I Use For Cream Cheese Salsa Dip?

Any kind you like! Switch up the spice level by choosing hot, medium, or mild salsa. Simply choose your favorite brand at the store and it is bound to be delicious!

What Else Can I Add To Cream Cheese Salsa Dip?

While this base recipe of just salsa and cream cheese is super delicious, you can always add some more ingredients! Try mixing in some black beans, olives, shredded cheese, taco seasoning, or ground beef!
